Am I able to reschedule my onboarding session?
That you are! We understand that sometimes businesses go through unforeseen eventualities and meetings need to be rescheduled. In the event that something happens and you are unable to attend the scheduled Onboarding Sessions, you need only log into Supersafe as normal, and you will see a button that says 'Reschedule.' Click on that, and follow the steps given to schedule a new sessions, based on the availability our Onboarding Personnel has in the days ahead.
