How to invite users to join my organization

After creating an Organization within Supersafe, the first order of business would be to bring in the workforce to take care of the day-to-day tasks of said organization. To do this, the Org Admin user can send invites to their Teammates to have other personnel from the organization join them in Supersafe. To do this, please follow the steps below:

  1. Visit https://app.supersafe.com.
  2. Log in to the application. For assistance in doing so, please visit How to log in to Supersafe.
  3. Once logged in, click on the top-right user profile icon.
  4. In the menu, click 'Org Settings.' This item will only be available to the Admin of the organization.
  5. Scroll down and click on 'Invite New User.'
  6. Type the email address of the user that is to be invited.
  7. Assign a Role for the user in the organization based on permission needs for that user. When ready, click 'Generate Invitation Code.'
  8. With this, an invitation code has been generated.
  9. Now, the invited user needs only to access Supersafe and use the invitation code provided, and they are in!
